Two years ago today, August 29th, 2023 The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office suffered the loss of Deputy Matthew Pierson. Deputy Pierson tragically lost his life in a motor vehicle accident where he collided with tractor-trailer on his way into work. Please continue to keep those who knew and loved him in your thoughts and prayers, as we continue to mourn this loss. Rest In Peace Deputy Pierson…….gone, but not forgotten.
