On November 9, 2018, in a Shelby County, TX courtroom, SCSO Deputy Roy Bailey (left), Chief Kevin Windham (center) and Investigator Chad Brown (right) and office staff with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office were honored to witness the adoption of Ruger McRay Raymond. Our office greatly extends sincere thanks to Ruger's parents, Gina and Jerry Raymond, for allowing us to be present for this ceremony. We pray for God's blessings to surround your family. Thank you, Gina and Jerry, for making such an amazing difference in the life of this precious child.
